What is QANGA?

QANGA is a co-op survival and exploration game by iolaCorp Studio set in a connected science fiction universe. You explore planets, moons and orbital stations, gather resources, craft equipment and build up your own base piece by piece.

At its core, the game combines survival, crafting and exploration: you harvest materials, improve your gear, use ships and ground vehicles to cover longer distances and encounter the inhabitants and dangers of the world along the way. The solar system can be crossed without loading screens — from the flight between planets all the way down to landing on the surface.

QANGA can be played solo or in online multiplayer. In the open game world you can team up, trade with each other or fight one another. With your own server you build a permanent community and define your own game rules or alternate game modes.

Your own server also keeps your shared world available at all times, even when nobody is online. That way you never have to wait for a particular player to launch the game.

QANGA was released into Early Access on 2 September 2024, is built on Unreal Engine 5 and is available on PC via Steam.
