What is Colony Survival?

Colony Survival is a colony building and tower defense game by the studio Pipliz. In a voxel-based world you found your own colony, assign jobs to your settlers and defend them together with your guards against the monster waves that attack your village at night.

Unlike classic building games, you see your colony from a first-person perspective. You place blocks yourself, set up job blocks and recruitment stations and decide whether a settler becomes a farmer, miner, crafter or archer. Every job needs supplies, tools and food – which creates production chains that grow more complex with every new tier.

The second focus of the game is defense. As soon as night falls, monsters attack your colony. Walls, towers, traps and the right positioning of your guards decide whether your settlers survive the night. The larger your colony grows, the stronger the attacks become.

Colony Survival supports single player as well as multiplayer on a shared server, where several players can build one colony together or found colonies of their own. The game entered Early Access in 2017, is still being actively developed and is available on PC via Steam.
