How to Change the Time on Your DayZ Server ​

You can adjust the speed of in-game time and the brightness of nights via the dashboard.

1. Open dashboard
   Open the dashboard of your server.

2. Open settings
   Navigate to the Settings.

3. Adjust time multiplier
   Enter the desired value in the Time Multiplier field (range: 0 - 24).

   Example

   A value of 12 means that a full 24-hour day in the game runs 12 times faster, taking only 2 hours of real time.

4. Set darker nights (optional)
   Enable the Darker Nights option to get more realistic and darker nights. Players will then need a light source to orient themselves.

5. Restart the server
   Save the settings and restart your server.
