Disable player damage in Euro Truck Simulator 2

Open your dashboard and select your Euro Truck Simulator 2 server.
Go to the file browser.
Open the file server_config.sii.
Look for the following entry:
```
player_damage: true
```
```
player_damage: true
```
Change the value to false.
